The Permanent Mission of Pakistan to United Nations, New York invites tenders from reputable Restaurants/Caterers who have at least 7-10 years experience for supply of fresh Halal cuisines as well local cuisines with presentable crockery, cutlery and waiters etc. for 300-400 guests from the diplomatic community as well as other walk of life at Pakistan Mission located at 8 East 65th Street, New York NY 10065.
The quotes should clearly indicate name of restaurant/caterer with address, phone/mobile/fax/email, and detail of past experience of handling/managing events in Manhattan particularly in the UN Headquarters.
Sealed bids addressed to the Head of Chancery, 8 East 65th Street, New York NY 10065 should be received by March 16, 2020 at 1200 hours. The bids will be opened at the Permanent Mission of Pakistan to the United Nations, 8 East 65th Street, New York NY 10065 on March 17, 2020 at 1500 hrs in front of all bidders or their authorized agents in New York. The Mission reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. The Mission could provide the grounds for the rejection of the bid or proposal, to the relevant company, upon request.
