Tenders Invitation for Repair/Maintenance of Main Foyer/Entrance, Painting of a Smaller Living Room at Embassy Residence Located 47 East 92nd Street New York, NY 10128.

The Permanent Mission of Pakistan to United Nations, New York invites tenders from reputable General Constructions Companies for following repairs/maintenance of the main foyer/entrance and painting of a smaller living on 2nd floor of the above building.

The detailed scope of work is under:

Main foyer/entrance:

• Restore entryway emblematic moldings and details.
• Strip of all paint and refinish with semi gloss and metallic gold paint accents
• Strip, restore and refinish (2) entry doors, (2) closet doors and (2) French doors
• Install solid polished brass and crystal hardware.
• Replace metallic vent covers
• Refinish all existing trim-work and door frames
• Replace baseboard cap molding and complete shoe moldings installation throughout

Painting of Smaller Living Room:

• Restore water damage on passageway ceiling and refinish crowns,
• Apply one coat of primer and two coats of finish paint on all surface
• Correct all walls, ceiling, and fireplace mantle and trim work imperfections, sand, fill and seal as needed.
• Apply one coat of primer and two coats of finish paint on all surfaces.

Sealed bids/tender addressed to “Head of Chancery, Permanent Mission of Pakistan to United Nations, 8 East, 65th Street, NY 10065. The same should be received by 16 August 2021 at 1600 hrs. The bids will be opened at the Mission (8 East 65th Street, New York, NY 10065) on 17 August 2021 at 1600 hrs in front of all bidders. All bids submitted after the time prescribed shall be rejected and returned without being opened.

Interested companies can visit the building during weekdays with prior appointment for inspection of the detailed scope of work.
