The Permanent Mission of Pakistan to the United Nations, New York invites sealed bids from well reputed insurance companies for the insurance of its two buildings located at 8 East 65 Street and 47 East 92nd Street, New York.
Sealed quotations may be addressed to “Head of Chancery, Permanent Mission of Pakistan to United Nations, New York 8 East, 65th Street, NY 10065. The same should be received before 24 December 2018. The bids will be opened at Permanent Mission of Pakistan to the United Nations, New York in fornt of all biders. All the bids submitted after the time prescribed shall be rejected and returned without being opened.
The Mission reserves the right to accept or reject the proposal at any time prior to the acceptance of bids/proposal. The Mision could provide the grounds for the rejection of the bid or proposal to the relevant company upon request.
