The Permanent Mission of Pakistan to the United Nations, New York invites tenders from well reputable insurance companies for the insurance of its two buildings located at 8 East 65 Street N.Y. 10065 and 47 East 92 Street New York, N.Y 10128.
Interested firms should be able to provide quotations of insurance/coverage of above properties (including but not limited to) protection against accidental collapse, equipment breakdown, protection for electrical & Sewerage system, fire protection, protection for property in danger, Terrorism coverage and other essential protection required by NYC Laws.
Sealed bids/quotations addressed to "Head of Chancery", Permanent Mission of Pakistan 8 East 65 Street New York, N.Y. 10065" should be received by 17 December 2021 at 1400 hours. The bids will be opened at Permanent Mission of Pakistan to the UN, in front of all the bidders. All the bids submitted after the time prescribed shall be rejected and returned without being opened.
The Mission reserves the right to accept or reject the proposal at any time prior to the acceptance of bid/proposal. The Mission could provide the grounds for the rejection of the bid or proposal to the relevant company upon request. The Bidders may kindly submit a call deposit of bank draft of US$50.00 in favour of DDO/Permanent Mission of Pakistan, during submission of bids.
