The Permanent Mission of Pakistan to the United Nations, New York invites tenders from well reputable insurance companies for the insurance of its two buildings located at 8 East 65 Street and 47 East 92 Street New York, N.Y.
Sealed bids/quotations addressed to “Head of Chancery”, Permanent Mission of Pakistan 8 East 65 Street New York, N.Y. 10065” should be received by 21 December 2020 at 1400 hours. The bids will be opened at Permanent Mission of Pakistan to the UN, in front of all the bidders. All the bids submitted after the time prescribed shall be rejected and returned without being opened.
The Mission reserves the right to accept or reject the proposal at any time prior to the acceptance of bid/proposal. The Mission could provide the grounds for the rejection of the bid or proposal to the relevant company upon request.
